About Sidney, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Sidney is a charming town in Shelby County, Ohio. With approximately 20,000 residents, it is neither large nor tiny making it perfect for raising a family. The town is alive with warm breezes in the spring and summer which gives way to a cool, crisp fall and a cold winter.   To an outsider, this town seem sleepy and quiet but it is actually quite an interesting town once you dig a little deeper.  There is a great deal to see and do and you might just be surprised!

The town is home to some very significant architecture. Though it is small, it is full of character, charm and history.  There are some very stunning buildings in this town that you simply cannot miss. The 1881 Second Empire courthouse as well as the 1877 Gothic revival Monumental Building and the 1918 early-modern People's Federal Savings and Loan Association, which is a national historic landmark.) The Big Four Bridge is a local landmark with tons of history to offer.  It has been carrying trains for almost a century. These are all wonderful attractions and a great way to spend a warm spring or summer day OR a colder winter day.  Check out the exterior when it is warm and tour the indoors when it is cold.

The town also features a drive-in movie theatre!  It’s a great way to spend time with the family but you have to go in the warm weather because it is only open May through September.  Frigid Ohio winters are just not suitable for outdoor theatres, of course. The annual Country Concert is held in nearby Newport, Ohio each year in the heat of July and many country stars stop in and play.  Love country music?  Don’t miss this event!  For the outdoor enthusiast, there is also a great deal to do. Nearby State Parks are abundant.  Lake Loramie, Kiser Lake, Indian Lake, and Grand Lake St Mary’s are a few.
